Beach Body Barre Blend Review

I have just completed week 5 of Beach Body Barre Blend and I am loving all aspects of this program.

This week was challenging as we entered a new phase and we added 5 more minutes to our workout. Couple that with summer fun staying up later and trying to get up earlier before the kids and the workouts can be challenging. Here is what I know, nothing will ever be perfect so I need to learn how to grow through the imperfection and that, is truly what makes me stronger.

Eight weeks ago I decided my health needed to be a higher priority for me. I have always had a passion for fitness and wellness but becoming a mom made time for regular workouts less available. During quarantine I decided I no longer could use time as an excuse for not moving, I needed to make time. When both of my children started sleeping through the night I began to implement my morning routine, starting slowly by waking up a little before them to sip a coffee solo and read one Bible verse a day. Over time I have added more to my routine, waking up earlier and earlier to spend more time on Bible study, complete work tasks and now I have added 40 minutes of fitness.

My ideal start to a day is at 5am but that doesn’t always happen for various reasons so on days when I start a little later than I want to, I still try to complete my morning to do list in the morning. This requires juggling the kids and getting them going on an activity but even though it can be challenging to complete something that is important to me, I always feel better when its done. Just like completing a challenging workout feels amazing, even though it’s a challenge.

The Beach Body Barre Blend program is providing me with physical results but also stretching my personal growth. The instructor chooses an affirmation to focus on as we move through our workouts that normally goes far beyond strengthening our bodies but also works to strengthen our minds and hearts. This is so important to me as my wellness goals have little to do with my physical appearance, my body will change as a result of the work I do daily but its not my end goal. My goal is to strengthen myself so I can be stronger for my family and able to achieve the great work God designed me to do.

As a Beach Body Coach it is my goal to help you achieve your goals. What are you working on? What is important to you? And are you working to achieve business goals with Beach Body also? I am here to learn alongside you as we work together to evolve into better versions of ourselves.

My sister Emily and I have started an encouragement group that all are welcome to join. We post each morning to encourage you to start your day in a way that will fill you up. We share our successes and struggles. This group has helped me immensely to stay the course on challenging days, knowing there are women who are keeping me accountable and relaying on me to show up. There is no Beach Body membership required to join this group, if you want to join you can spend me a message on Facebook here.

If you have seen the Beach Body ads or have wondered what its all about you can always send me an email, I am happy chat and answer any of your questions.

I signed up as a coach and started with the Annual Beach Body On Demand Performance Pack.

If you are just interested in access to 1000s of workouts through Beach Body On Demand check out this yearly subscription here.

I am super excited for this chapter of my wellness journey and as always to share this adventure with you.

xoxo
