Summer Wellness Challenge

I challenge you to commit to 90 days of movement, nutrition and personal development. I challenge you to waking up early and starting your day with actions that will propel you with passion and joy the rest of the day.


I need this everyday more than I realized. Moving my body has given me more energy and I have developed a routine that helps me cope better in stressful situations. Weekly Beachbody Coach training calls and personal development has helped me become more confident and bold in life choices like homeschooling our children, pursuing entrepreneurship and being a better wife and mother. God is with me in my movement too, deepening my understanding of scripture as I meditate and move.
