Grown Up Ramen Noodles

I grew up on ramen noodles.
The crinkly square, the salty seasoning packet, the promise of something warm and quick after school, it was comfort in a bowl. But I also remember the way I felt after: still hungry, a little foggy, and already looking for the next snack.
As I’ve learned more about how food fuels our bodies, I’ve realized we don’t have to give up the meals we love, we just need to upgrade them.
This Grown-Up Ramen Bowl is my answer to that. It keeps all the cozy, slurp-worthy goodness of classic ramen but turns it into real nourishment. Bone broth for protein and minerals, eggs for staying power, fresh ginger for the gut, bright carrots and romaine for fiber and crunch, it’s simple, affordable, and ready in minutes.
Food is such a gift from the Lord. He didn’t just create fuel; He created flavor, warmth, and meals that gather us around the table. I want my food to do more than fill my stomach, I want it to help me feel clear-minded, steady, and energized for the life I’m called to live.
This bowl does exactly that.
Comfort food…with a purpose.
