Meet Mehr, my friend and current co-op student. We met through Instagram, then in person one evening while I was working at the mall and the rest is history. We are both learning so much from our current working relationship.
As Mehr and I discussed beauty products one day while we created some content together, we got to talking about dry shampoo and we both agreed, Batiste is the best. I asked her to put together a product review for me on this item. Give Mehr a warm welcome and join the love fest on dry shampoo too!
Everyone knows dry shampoos are lifesavers for us; and washing hair everyday can make one’s hair look limp and dull. And no one wants that right? Honestly, I have never used a dry shampoo before. So I decided to go to Superstore and check out some brands. I came across Batista and remembered a lot of my girlfriends use it. So, I decided to go with my gut feeling and got it!
I was super excited to try it in the morning before going to work. After applying it on my roots, it left my hair soft, silky and oil free. My hair has never felt so great in between washes and the fragrance really does last. It did not weigh my hair down which is what I loved most. It does leave white residue if you spray it closer to your hair. I would recommend keeping the nozzle at least 30cm away from your hair but the residue fades away when you brush it through.
People take vitamins and tonics as ‘pick me ups’ for their hair, in my opinion Batiste’s Dry Shampoo is a ‘Pick me Up’ for your hair!
Have you tried Batiste’s Dry Shampoo range? What’s your flavour (I am now thinking of divine dark with the hint of colour)?
